The Decoration Certificate and Embroidery Elite Certificate issued jointly by the Hong Kong Global Fashion Cosmetics Association and the Organizing Committee of Asian Ornament Master are aimed at helping the country to standardize the decoration industry in an all-round way and unify the industry standards. The exam is divided into two parts: written exam and practical exam.
